Plus an indoor shower, air purifier, white noise machine, a Roku TV, and HVAC for year-round comfort. OUTSIDE A private deck with a covered outdoor soaking tub. A private hot tub set just below the deck under the wide-open Texas sky. A personal fire pit for s'mores (subject to county burn bans). And an outdoor grill (the propane's on us). Olaf's for a lovely ranch-to-table dinner experience. Downtown Clifton for antiquing and good eats. And, of course, beloved Waco, just 30 minutes away, for Magnolia Silos and Baylor Bears. P.S.
